My favorite beets
Okay, ya’ll, I don’t normally dig beets (get it? hihi) but this recipe is so fantastic and so simple which I love! Keep it simple baby! Boil whole beets (however many you choose) until they are soft all the way through. Take them out and allow to cool, rinse under cool water, and peel off the outer layer as you do so. Slice the beet into small squares, sprinkle with lime juice and sea salt. The opposition of sweet tangy with the salt is just taste bud tickling! Enjoy!
